This was purchased to clean 100+ years of gunk from reclaimed barnwood. Use this one on reclaimed softwoods. Use the stainless steel one on hardwood barn wood.
Cons
Don't buy it, get the stainless steel one for barn wood at least.

Quality
This is a must with the pc restorer tool, save using expensive sand paper when cleaning up rough wood such as recycled pallets.
This roller gets the job done and i can tell the quality is going to out last the $50 investment.

What i don't like is the high price, i hope it lasts a long time.
