Pros

The fenders bolt in either alongside or in place of each brake. A lot of folks on bicycle tours prefer fancier fenders (and lots of other gadgets besides) these cannot be beat.

Also, it's worth mentioning that it's difficult for someone to just walk away with these even though they're detachable. Didn't fit on my road bike but fit perfectly on my brother's hybrid bike.

They seem sturdy yet forgiving. I just want them to keep a wet stripe from forming up my buttcrack.

Cons

Cheaply priced and designed. It relies on the assumption that the bike has pre fabricated frame to pass the nut and bolt assembly.

The front fender does not stay on the frame securely. There’s nothing to secure the fender to the bracket accept friction.

I paid just over one score (twenty) dollars for fenders made from recycled plastic.

Also extremely light and for $26 bucks i can buy a spare set.

Fortunately i have access to lots of screw sizes, but i was disappointed that the screws they shipped were so short.

Came with two seat post attachments (one up to 32mm, one 32-26mm) and since his post was 32mm he essentially has a spare one now.

I love that they are made of recycled material and my son loves that they weight absolutely nothing (we thought the shipping box was empty!

Competitiveness

They also included all the mount points and screws unlike other companies which require a separate purchase for the mounts and screws.

They're as good or better than any other fenders i've had, and i avoided the bother of adjusting the side.
