    Keeps the water from spraying and they are fairly low profile but like some of the other reviews the screws that come with it were not long enough for my bike

    Two screws were supplied a longer one for the front where it has to reach through the diameter of the head tube and a shorter one for the back where it only needs to pass through the seatstay bridge
