Pros
Bluetooth connectivity and battery are good so far. Battery life lasts through my entire day without needing a recharge. Battery backup also.
Cons
No noise cancellation renders it inaudible while driving in traffic which it's major drawback. Bluetooth range is very short. No voice clarity and low volume so worst product.
Customer service is only located in mumbai no help from their end. Buyers beware – invest in a more dependable option. The product disconnects and reconnects by its own in the middle of a call.

The dislike about this that the buds are not having magnetic base so they keep hanging freely the length is also much more than normal and tend to struck up in pen id card etc
