Pros
It has a slight issue of dis balancing. I have a an hp, the grip is fine and does the job.
Cons
My laptop slips down. The stand lock is not secure, slight push causes the laptop to fall. Both the arms or stand is not of equal size which creates disbalance.

Also after this product you will have to use external keyboard and mouse as the keyboards buttons are not very accessible and comfortable
