And it is not just about high rate of fault in this product but also the warranty claim procedure is hugely disappointing and may i say wierd

Their customer support email picture attached asked me to arrange the return courier to their service center in this age of brands organising reverse pickupsreplacements themselves once customer informs they need help especially when they dont have a chain of service centers in every area where one can visit and get their issue resolved
