Their agents are robots who don't know what they are doing. This is seriously disappointing the kind of services they are providing and the way they are treating their customers. Stopped working on it's 12th day.

Almost no pressure is felt while writing.
Minimum line width is around 1mm, that seems you are writing with a blunt pencil.
The only problem i felt is that minimum thickness of the lines should have been thinner.
