There is no card board backing on these.
They work great and i have just posted them up on the wall and they are still there weeks later, so the sticky part keeps working.

I give it a four because i expected this and for the price of how many you get for ease of use that is what i wanted.
These are expensive no matter where you buy them, but work well.

I stapled the included cardboard from the packaging, and will attach it to the other set once the first one runs out.

It is not attached to either pad

I used binder clips i had to attach the cardboard backing to one pad to make it easier and protective for carrying
