These are the sticky, double sided plastic tabs, similar to alien tape. Theyre good and sticky and you get a ton for the price, so it's a really good value. Will be purchasing again.
Cons
It’s really just thick double sided tape. It is extremely difficult to remove, it destroys the poster, and takes the paint off the wall, necessitating painting.

However when you first put them on it is really hard to get the backing off the one side of the little squares
