Pros
They look great and were perfect for what i framed. No complaint, it looks nice. It adds more interest than your basic cheap, thin, black frame.
Cons
The aforementioned is lightweight wood, nothing sturdy. The backing is a sheet of foam and it seems the idea is that you push the metal tips of the hanger into the foam. Needs to be assembled.

It does not leave much room for the head of a hanger and is pretty easy to pull back out so be carful not to put much downward pressure when hanging the frame

This is a very hyper specific size that needed for a few national park posters that i got in yosemite
