Pros
Quality is good. Came with all the hardware needed. Looks as depicted on site. Impressed by the extra effort to ship with out damage.
The acrylic is decently thick but also very clear and looks just like glass when hung up. Plexiglass also comes with the blue protective film. Framed the artwork perfectly.
The frame is very nice but size is off a lot. Perhaps a bit pricey, but a harder size to find, so it's understandable.
Cons
The color and design are nice, the craftsmanship however is less than half-hearted. It’s cheaply made and definitely not worth the price.
This is not what i intended to order the photo is misleading. Width of molding is. I won't keep a frame that is bad quality and shipped with defects in the wooden frame.

I think it looks better with the wider edge as shown in my pic than what the description picture shows which is a thin border.

This frame is made with quality, it's sturdy and the price is right!
The price is a little bit high, but i’m satisfied with how it turned out!

The first frame got lost in shipping.
Packaging/appearance
16 x 16 frame was delivered in great packaging, no issues with shipment, and looks as depicted on site.
The only weird bit was that the wall hook had to be smashed into the frame myself instead of coming pre-attached.
Competitiveness
The 20x20 frame works perfect for a 20x20 puzzle!
I was given a 16x16 inch giclée print of an oil painting.
Ordered 20x20 frame and it came excellently packaged!
