Overall pleased with this frame for my 25x25 jigsaw puzzle. It fit the poster just right! Really appreciate the seller offering this frame in this size. The width of the frame is just right, not overly ridiculous.

The acrylic is so clear it looks like glass. The acrylic cover makes it lighter and safer in case of accidents since it will not shatter. Once put together with the image in it (i put a puzzle in it) it looks wonderful.

Great price, great quality, received really fast!
I wish it was glass and not plastic but i knew what i was getting and the price was right as frames are insanely expensive.
For the price is should be glass

The shipping wasn't great, the box that it came in wasn't great.
There was no handling and shipping costs, good.
Packaging/appearance
The packaging left not dent or marks on my frame.
The box was delivered a little damaged but the packaging inside secured the frame so it was untouched.
Competitiveness
The frame was a good fit for the large 26x26 puzzle that will be given as a christmas present.

I could not find a frame to fit it in the store and i did not want to pay the cost for custom framing

My biggest issues with it are that the foam board back is a bit too small for the frame so even when secured in place properly by the little metal tabs it struggles to hold the frame to its proper shape making it a bit flimsy

The frame edge is also not the greatest at keeping its shape

The longer edges are flexible enough that if held in certain ways such as lifting it by the top edge of the frame the top edge of the acrylic sheet pops out of the front of the frame
