When i got the first frame i was concerned about the size of the margins cutting off too much of the art

I messaged them to ask if that was correct or if i had received the wrong frame and they told me that a it was correct but also b they would send me a free frame with wider margins to see if i liked that better

When i tried to use the second frame however i discovered that the components were cut too large

In particular the acrylic barely fit inside which meant that getting it out removing the film and getting it back in was almost impossible and resulted in getting dust all over it

I couldnt get it clean in the frame after that and finally had to force it back out and sand the sides down to fit better and then wash it

A huge pain and that and some other small things on all of the frames make me think they arent big on attention to detail

Id probably buy from them again and just know that i might have to put extra work into the framing than just drop and go
