Pros
It’s snug, comfortable and compressing. Holds everything in tight. There are 4 tight lines in it that do not have metal rods, but it can feel like it if you bend over and it pokes you in the rib.
The product stays in place and doesn't roll. It’s hard to slouch while wearing this also, which is a bonus for me because i need help sitting straighter. It makes my stomach appear smoother and not as fat/flabby.
This girdle does an excellent job of shaping my mid-section. I like that it is breathable that i can wear all day long. This product is durable!
Very useful & great support. Works great for supporting working from home person that sits from days to days. Super support and great quality.

If you have difficulty try putting a slip in-between your body and the cincher and sliding them both up together.
Competitiveness
13 days postpartum with a c-section wish i would have gotten this sooner.
After child birth i suffer from diastasis recti.
Other than that it’s a great buy!
