The brace is very light and pulls your shoulders back enough to keep your posture straight without being too forceful. It is also very comfortable. How tight you wear it is completely, easily adjustable.

I also use the chiropractic pillow which i purchased first … but i didn’t get the most relief until i started with the posture brace .
