Pros
The brace is very light and pulls your shoulders back enough to keep your posture straight without being too forceful. I now wear this under my backpack and it has straightened my back and brought my shoulders back where they belong.

I also use the chiropractic pillow which i purchased first … but i didn’t get the most relief until i started with the posture brace .
