Pros

It was delivered as expected and packaged well. I feel like i can stand behind this seller because our experience really has been excellent. Because their customer service is so great, it's really a no-risk buy for the customer.

It comes with a rechargeable battery + usb charger. The usb charger is the only way to go.

The catnip is nicely tucked inside. It even engages my older cat and he hates toys.

Cons

It barely charges. The red charging light goes off frequently and has to be jiggled to come on again to resume charging. My dog loves this toy, but the flopping function lasted less than an hour. It lasts about 1 days.
