Pros
Kal 99 is great for leg cramps. I use it because it helps keep me hydrated. All in all, i am grateful for these pills to take *, and they do work.
Cons
Each pill is about 3% of the rda of potassium. The pill is not even a drop in the bucket. The seal to the bottle between the meds and cap was not sealed at all.

This stuff absorbs in your system quite well and really helps.
Muscle spasms in the morning stopped after taking these.
Works as advertise but don’t expect it to be prescription strength.

Great value, and will be buying again.
That to me is just a waste of money if ya just pee more of it out than use.
It is cheaper this way than aprescription if you do not have prescription coverage.

Note that if you want a potassium tab for relieving cramps it must be potassium chloride and not potassium citrate

Potassium chloride is difficult to find most products out there are the citrate which will not relieve the cramps

Other products with different formulations may not be assimilated as well into the body so youll excrete it out

And this type of potassium is the same potassium chloride form my doctor prescribed
