This ricer is very sturdy. It feels sturdy and durable. These work so much nicer than trying to cut the potatoes with a knife and a potato smasher. It's pretty awesome.
This is not flimsy, easy to clean. Easy to clean if just a tad bit cumbersome since the presser plate swings free and can whack you if you aren't careful. It is easy toclean with the removable disks.
Cons
The dough oozes out around the top when using, which is a bit frustrating. The ricer masher does not easily suspend into holder, it sticks. Interchangeable disks seem to be good idea that does not work.

I like the different options of plates but have the most use for the one with the smallest holes for ricing potatoes for gnocchi.

You have to put strainer back into place every time you strain something keeps pooping up doesn’t stay into place and know way to lock into place from popping up

When i contacted the company for a replacement they told me they do not have parts to purchase and that i should return the unit to amazon for a refund if possible
