Pros
It's made of sturdy stainless steel and has a good heft to it. It feels sturdy and durable.
This is not flimsy, easy to clean. Easy to clean if just a tad bit cumbersome.
Cons
Incredibly infuriating. Poorly made. Interchangeable disks seem to be good idea that does not work. I plan to return mine and buy one that is a one peice, instead of the removable peices.

Thought it a good idea to let people know the metal appears substantial and build quality is there.

When i contacted the company for a replacement they told me they do not have parts to purchase and that i should return the unit to amazon for a refund if possible
