Pros

Cheaper than a repairman. The repair takes about fifteen minutes, it's no sweat.

Will replace your cracked/broken whirlpool dishwasher pads. These rubber pads are the perfect fit for my dishwasher. These gaskets are exactly right for a dishwasher door that flop open.

A bit loose, but so far so good. Fit is perfect and easy to replace. The item is exactly as described and works well.

Wet the hinge with water to act as a lubricant. After about 2 minutes is was pretty soft when i poked at it with a screwdriver. Watch a youtube for instructions.

Cons

Rubber is too stiff. Don't know how they could have been given the same part number. Go oem is my choice next time.

They have been in place long enough that i can say they cushion the door well and look like they will hold up for a good length of time.

One of the two friction pads on our dishwasher failed and the dishwasher door would nearly freefall down when you opened it.

Now my dishwasher door doesn’t fall open so quickly.

Price

Oem would probably be 5 star, but these are worth the price.

These last as well as the genuine pads for less money.

For the paltry cost, i'm not complaining.

Bought these for the per pair price.
