Pros

It has the right amount of firmness for lumbar support during fast sit-ups. The padding is dense and doesn’t collapse at all under load (170lb athlete) it seems very durable, and should last for a long time to come!

It allows me to painlessly do lots of sit-ups with no back strain. I use this as a platform for my handstand pushups, allowing me a cushion and leverage.

Cons

Fatal flaw is that it's too hard for its height. I think it should be smaller and not as hight. Pad is too thick and too stiff. Feels like my back is cracking in half when i do certain exercises with pad that don't bother me without.
