Use backing. Minimizes the drawbacks to some degree. Aqua color since it blends with the bay water color.

My inshore stradic 4000, st. Mary's, california reel. I have a spare spool for all my reels so at the end of the season i just put on the spare spools and reel it up.

Cons

It's much slippery than other braid. Does not reel in tight, loose on the reel every time. When i run my finger on this product, powdery, almost cake of solidified coating/dye comes off.

All 4 boxes were opened, and looks like it was re-spooled. Quality control didn't even inspect it. This rotted * is unacceptable for any product much less a so called premium product.

Got 2 unsucessful use out of it. Completely trashed it after this. Pure garbage. Line breaks easily.

Very durable, has not faded after several fish trips.

Strong line, zero stretch and great abrasion resistance.

Could be that i’ve had some bad luck, but lots of fraying and fading in my first few months of using it.

This throws almost like mono and doesnt dig in to the reel when you catch a fish or put pressure on the reel.

Its a little pricey for what it is but cry once and buy it.

It’s not cheap, but it is worth the price.
