Pros

It’s so adorable and it matches the animal crossing switch pretty well. The controller feels super lightweight.

The cable is nice and thick, and firmly clicks into the controller. The headphone jack works ok.

Cons

It creaks loudly and constantly when gently handled. Its light as heck, so it feels weird in my hands.

Even if power a did respond and replace defective controllers, it's not a reasonable or environmentally friendly solution. It's better to make a lasting product from the start.
