Great controller, connects immediately, unlike the bs 8 but do garbage! It just works so well straight out of the box. It's a very good solution if you have enough people in your house to merit having to buy more controllers.
Cons
After less than 3 months the left stick no longer registers up or down. My switch registers the right stick as being pushed up which makes it unusable. When pressing up/forward on the joystick, the character turns around 180 degrees and runs backwards... Read More
For how much we paid for this it’s very frustrating to get so little use out of it. Just feel so cheap.
These things are waaaaaay to expensive for the trash they are. The controller it self is so light and hallow inside. They feel cheaply made, plastic feels cheap.

Quality
Overall though i was very pleased with the design and it works great.
Comes with the batteries which is a plus, easy to use.
If you're considering this controller because of the bullet-point feature of extra buttons, you could be very disappointed.
However i was pleasantly surprised with the battery life and the responsiveness of this controller.
Packaging/appearance
The best part of this controller is that i can power on my switch just by pressing the home button just like the joy-cons.
It just works so well straight out of the box.
Competitiveness
Awesome controller for playing switch games where mashing the buttons are a risk to the expensive joycons.

Warning leaving aa batteries two of them in longterm is not advisable

Battery acid will leak and cake the controllers battery compartment requiring cleaning if it isnt severe

I bought this sort of by mistakei thought all licensed nintendo wireless controllers were rechargeableso i was surprised to open the package and find the aa batteries

Other modern controllers have nonuserreplaceable batteries so if a battery problem develops and it wont hold a charge youre supposed to give up and buy a new controller

Those builtin batteries are also quite heavy
