Cable is detachable so you could get a longer micro usb cable if you wanted no issues there. Usb port on the controller is still a usb micro with a usb a end on the side you plug into your switch dock.
The legend of zelda theme is very well done and looks quite sharp. This controller has a delightful glossy design that any mario kart fan would love. My grandson has a switch and he loves the legend of zelda.
Powera makes really nice affordable alternative option controllers. Controller comes really well packaged in an awesome looking box. Not overly fancy with the design, but it serves the purpose.

Both controllers are a bit on the lighter side. The controller is more compact than usual switch controllers, which helps a ton for saving space and those with smaller hands.
