I was able to return the controller but now i only charge the controllers using this device because it charges using the large pins on the bottom of the controller instead of the flimsy usb port

I have the charger in a place that has a small amount of light and have not once had an issue connecting the controller it kinda just falls right into place

Does not have a conventional usb connector that connects to the docking station or the ps4

It also came with a 6ft micro usb cord too not 9ft like advertised but what ever

The reason it is not 4 star is you have to pay attention to whether the reciever is clicked up or down
