I'm happy with the after sales service and really love this charger.
99 for the poweradd, if it only lasts one season, i have no problem paying $15/year for a new one.
Also i got iphone battery case which so happy with!
I am really disappointed because the size and weight fits what i was looking for.

Surprisingly high quality for the price, idk if i would call it light weight but it legit is high quality
Shipping
I really like it charges fast but the only thing is it loses its charge fast.
Competitiveness
It's about half the price of the similarly spec'd anker powercore 5000.
Using on an umidigi a3, i can get one full charge, plus still have a bit left over.

So fast charging actually does work even though its so small

I was hoping to get two charges of my iphone 10 from it but it will do one good charge from less than 10 battery left and then a very small top up from 10 to 25 charge

My one issue is that it comes with a warranty card to register for a free warranty but the website is corrupt and “may be impersonating” the actual product website

Haven’t used it very much but it’s nice to know that in a pinch you can rely on it to charge your phone tablet or anything else
