Although quite heavy once charhed it charges devices like they would be plugged into a socket

I didn’t quite expect the powerbank to be as big as it is i thought it was about the same size as my iphone 7

The lighting cable does not work with my phone iphone 6s and after trying to charge overnight it did not charge up any further and also overheats customer service team were brilliant and refunded me for this item x

The only downside is 7 months of use and one of the ports has stopped working

However when i went to charge the actual powerbank itself it wouldnt charge up at all
