At this price point i cant complain but the sweet spot for the charging is pretty small and its a bit tricky to make sure my phone is charging

You have to have a qi enabled device for this to work wirelessly

The single thing that i dislike about the product is that although the manual states that it will wireless charge your phonedevice while the battery pack is connected to the power source before it charges the battery itself this is not true if the battery pack is completely depleted
