The hardware that holds the casters to the frame cannot be tightened sufficiently to keep them from loosening up.
I find the design with the padded middle section, a gap and the structural frame to be fairly uncomfortable.

Oh and it shipped/delivered to him fast too!
Not amazon prime but still get to my house pretty quickly.

So long as you remember to check the caster tightness frequently youll be fine
