Did a great job enlarging the pipe. This seems best as they have full support when expanding.

So simply inserting it in the end of the muffler and with the help of my impact driver it now fits perfectly.
I pushed the expander in until the ends of the fingers were even with the pipe end.
I ordered new mufflers but they came with the same sized inlet as the pipe it had to fit over.

Then i also greased the orings and metalexpansion fingers.

Who ever claims braking or bending the link arms are not using it properly it needs to be fully inserted

One ramp showed some minor wear marks but nothing cracked or broke using the tool gently
