Pros

The cushion is firm and well formed. The seat is super cushiony yet firm. Only problem beside the price (gulp) is the foam seat.

Cons

The seat diameter is too large at the taller setting. It's funny because it's about 3 thick; but, they used the wrong type of foam. Customer service support is horrible. This is a poorly designed shop stool.

So far great product, love the wheels, like roller blade wheels will be awesome on my race deck flooring!

It is as hard as a rock, no give in the padding what's so ever.

Took about 10 minutes to unbox and assemble.

Cancelled second order and reordered a third chair, price doubled to over $150…

Only problem beside the price (gulp) is the foam seat.

Even when i was waiting for this to be delivered i was having buyers remorse for paying so much.

Out of the box it is smeared and wanting to lift off in places.
