Pros

Good purchase. Works perfectly for my aplication. Best option i've found.

Holds the blade firmly when using it to grind on a belt grinder. The belt-on-steel generates a lot of heat and the offset of the grip is wonderful.

Cons

Claims of grade or even material are conspicuously absent. Tried on a variety of steel surfaces including un-coated, definitely a weak magnet. Comes with magnet blockers - just hype, do not need.

There's no appropriate reason for this number to be advertised more than 50% higher than the true value. One of the advertised claims is now reduced to 81 lbs. Nowhere near a 100 pound pull off strength.
