Used it to blend a large pot of zucchini soup. From smoothies to chopping veg or juicing. But my soup mastering is on point, so it's fine.
The peach street immersion blender is a force to be reckoned with. It's powerful, versatile, and even has a sense of humour. It is nice and quiet.

Cons
The mixer * require heavy pressure to press the soft rubber down to start. Motor housing is large requiring 2 hands to hold steady at full power. The top and bottom section fitting becomes looser after couple months.
