Really the only complain i have is how far apart some of the holes are for the prongs to go but even then its nothing major

Thought about buying a lever belt but i don’t plan on competing so it didn’t seem worth the money to get something that fancy

The belt is stiff as a board when you first get it so getting it on and off is really tricky the first few workouts

Ive worked mine back and forth a few times over a bar or around a post to make it a bit more pliable and thats worked fine
