Other than that the quality is great!
If you are around the same size i would go with the medium.
Packaging/appearance
Now i can tighten it securely within 3-4 holes leaving about 5-6 holes on the slack end of the belt.
Competitiveness
Competed in multiple competitions with no belt and even placed, but i couldn't help but noticing everyone else was using them.
I'll definitely be checking out other iron bull products.

The lining is coming away a bit from the inner piece near the belt loops but it isnt affecting the performance of the belt

Really the only complain i have is how far apart some of the holes are for the prongs to go but even then its nothing major
