When i measured my true waist and measured 44 in therefore i ordered an xxl

My pants size is a 38 around my gut for the belt measurement is 43 i tried the xxl and it was too large

It has always bothered me as my legs were strong enough to move the weight however my core stability must not be up to par however a belt will still activate core muscles so it’s not like you are skipping over a weak point entirely

Two prongs are unnecessary and this belt having one just reduces some hassle it is not in any sense done as a cheaper alternative
