Pros
Bought this to couple a commercial vacuum adapter (from home depot) to my dewalt table saw dust port. I can attest to the high quality of this one.
These cuffs are amazing for connecting inline fans to carbon filters and or inline fan mufflers. This does a pretty good job of mechanical de-coupling and sealing between an inline fan and intake filter or exhaust muffler.
Cons
The 2 coupler at the local hardware store costs about 50% less than this item. The * are cheap offshore style. The material is too thick to stretch the amount that would be required to do so.

Good fit to components that are made of dust collection not the same fit to pvc pipes used in construction for water

The seal forms against the edge as you tighten the radiator clamp and this prohibits airline leakage that otherwise plays havoc with air lines in the same manner that putting holes in a drinking straw makes it harder to use to drink a beverage
