Pros

You will need to fabricate a mount to hold the blast gate. Blast gates work great as do the hose *. I have one connected to the table saw, another on the belt sander and the final one on the router table.

The only thing i would wish for is some way to mount the blasters to a wall. The tubes do the job; they are strong.

Using clear flexible pvc hose, everything fits well and has adequate suction. Works great with 2 1/2 tubing, and converts easily to 2 pvc.

Cons

This kit is ok as far as the ys and * go. The product is overrated. Don't buy plastic for a good reason - these valves work poorly, are sticky, leaky, and a pain in kester!

The blast gates have no mounting option and must rely on the hoses being clamped close to them to support. They get sawdust in the grooves that the gate closes into. Dust ports quickly clog and do not close.

Great value for the amount of parts you get

Awesome value and i love the hose clamps.

All the black clamp cuffs are $5-6 each.

They could leave out the y-fittings and the 45 degree elbows and drop the price a few dollars and it would be a great deal.
