Pros

The shape makes it easy to put lots of pressure without pulling arm tendons or getting a * in the back. The tool is sturdy and did the job!

It works pretty decently and is a pretty solid roller. The tape is pretty sticky, but at first it feels like it's not gonna stick to the sheathing and framing that well. Replaced my seadeck with this. Didn't damage the mats.

Can be used on any surface adhering project - including laying non-ceramic floor tile. Used for installing self-adhering roofing.

Saves time and allows 100% contact. Worked great and much cheaper then renting. Love it for laminate, and refacing cabinets.



Cons

It's too easy to roll it off the edge of the surface and crack the laminate. It works fine for rolling the flooring, but the extension rod never stays in place. The middle rubber grip just slides on the metal shaft, so it's hard to control the roller....  Read More

    The flooring roller did a superb job of making the epdm adhere to the plywood substrate after the plywood and the epdm was coated with adhesive

    The third use was to roll down the butyl rubber tape i used to cover and seal the cut edges around the perimeter of the roof
