Pros
A feather board isn't that complicated and this is good enough for the price to function well. Looks durable and will do the job.
These grip sticks are a must have for any woodworker. They grip the wood and don't slip. Having these hang by the table saw are a reminder to use them! Still have all my digits good grip on wood.
Cons
With no instructions, they are worthless. The microjig gripper is a much better and safer product.
