Pros & Cons
Cons
The holes it drills are too big for any 1/4 pins that i could find. Called powertec, they are clueless. The drill bit cuts the metal collar and wallows it out causing it to be very inaccurate.
Highlights
Quality
Purchased a jig set with the drill included after 1o holes the unit broke into pieces then i purchased the powertecwhat a great tool.
Competitiveness
Best bit by 100% over other cheaper brands.
I’ve spent $40 on rockler bits and i have had really bad tear out on both.

Since there wasnt a review on this i thought i would state that i was just able to do 2 cabinets worth of shelfpin holes using a woodcrafter jig with no issues

Dont force the bit to drill the hole and you will minimize tear out

Doesn’t plunge very deep about 14” so you have to follow through with another 14” drill bit

Does not get cluttered when used by open exposed spring type similar bits
