Pros
Its made of thick acrylic (5/16 inches thick). Also, the brass centering pin works really well. Comes with a bag of screws of all lengths for your needs.
It has a ton of different mounting holes for different routers.
Cons
The advertisement needs to be updated to match the product being sold. The application chart should now say it only matches * 1617 fixed base router. It does not fit the dewalt dw621 as it said it would.

I really like the quality of this router plate.

Other than that, i was very happy with the performance.
Packaging/appearance
I also found the guide collars from the porter-cable dovetail jig also fit the center hole in the powertec plate perfectly.
I laid the powertec plate on top of the original bosch plate and sure enough it didn't match the holes in the original bosch plate.
Competitiveness
Worked as expected for a ridgid router on which i had to install guide bushings for dovetail joint creations.
The powertec model 71022 fits with my sears craftsman 320.

When i went to use them there was a lot of slop between the two causing a wavy slot on a test piece

In order to get a straight slot the guide must be firmly pressed against a single edge of the template

I am knocking this down one star as it was described as the correct guide for that template — powertec needs to up their game on their mating components to provide a higher quality experience

The triton collet does not fit inside the standard porter cable type bushings so i had to use this base and standard bushings on my old craftsman router instead

I bought this router plate because it says universal and listed ryobi as one of the brands though not the models
