Pros

The replaceable spongy pads inserted into the top of the dogs are pretty soft. They hold securely and look good. The added rubber/foam on the top adds great non slip grip, to create a raised and level work surface for painting/sanding/etc.

They fit into the 3/4 holes in my workbench. Fit snugly (no slop) in the 19mm holes of my sjobergs workbenches.

Cons

The foam in these is way too soft. They seem pretty flimsy compared to normal plastic bench dogs. They are thin and hollow without any reinforcement.
