It buffs to a mirror finish on all steels and aluminum! There is some vibration but that is the wheels themselves. Gave it an extended run today polishing some aluminum and had no issues. Buffing wheel 6-inch.

Ill find out exactly how good this buffer works when i need it i have to make a work bench for this and a vise and welding so if it doesnt work properly i guess thats what warranty is for

It does need a longer spindle or extension as a piece larger than 8 inches and curved may be difficult to move around it
