    Relatively easy fix after watching some how to videos

    This battery doesnt communicate well with my macbook it jumps down to 7 for the last 30 or 40 and the mac will run until it dies completely and shuts down instead of going to sleep at 1 like the original

    The old battery was very swollen so removing the screws from the open edge is a good idea to prevent the case from linking

    I used a couple of old atm cards to slowly pry the old battery free a section at a time being careful not to fold or otherwise annoy the old battery into causing a fire
