The material is not cheap in look or feel. The leash is durable and the padding on handle is a wonderful addition. It is more reflective than glow in the dark, but it does standout at night.
The foam handle is incredibly soft and strong, feels like a temperpedic mattress. The leash is kinda stretchy but heavy weight and the padded handle is nice.
With elle, my other dog, she sees it and knows it is time for a walk. It is very well fabricated and she doesn't seem to mind it at all. The lightweight of the harness on him makes it easy for him to move around.
I’m happy to say, it is fantastic. Big thumbs up.
Cons
The model has some redeemable qualities, just needs some improvements. The black bands are difficult to detach. Adjusting the collar was very difficult.

The cons are that it is a pain to adjust the size when needed and it is a little stiff at first around the neck area so i feel bad if i leave it on her

I do leave it on ellie as we are in and out all day but bonnie gets it taken off as she will eat it
