Our puppies are 8 month old miniature schnauzers weighing about 15 pounds. It is very adjustable, but my little 8-pound dog is built like a cat.
Liked the sturdiness of the harness. It's hard to find a good harness for a corgi. This harness is much sturdier than the one we were using.
Has a good range of adjustability so it can be set to fit just right. Readjustment looks cumbersome but it takes a few minutes to figure out. The small one fits, but over time, it has stretched out some bc millie likes to pull when we walk her.
The seller is awesome. The harness is very sturdy and well made. Overall, it's a good purchase and i recommend it.
Cons
This is a patent design flaw and it simply will never hold up to regular use. They are apparently aware and have pledged to make improvements to the product. Waste of money.

It also makes a squeeking sound, like plastic rubbing on plastic - which i find incredibly funny.
Hard to unsnap at first but once you do it a few times it loosens up.

I can never figure out what goes where when split second timing is an issue

In addition the buckles are hard to put together and undo which might be the design
