Pros

The quality seems great and i love the reflective stitching. Very durable, washable(tried by hands only).

Even at the higher capped weight range of 25 pounds for the small size harness. The harness is on its smallest buckle length it fits perfectly with room to grow.

Cons

The harness loosens up after just a few times used. If they sit down the lower part pushes forward against the *. Xs is too tight. I have to readjust the straps before each use. The buckle on this harness is terrible.

On the lighted side it is very difficult to depress. It is so brittle that it broke apart in less than 3 months use. Had to argue with amazon just to get a credit for a completely defective item.
